Product Management Tools for Agile with Gareth Williams

In this session Gareth will introduce and describe some tools and techniques that he and his teams have developed over the years to help with product strategy, positioning, pricing & prioritisation that fit within Agile. He’ll also show how they work in real-life projects, including YellowDog.

YellowDog

YellowDog’s vision is to build the world’s fastest supercomputer without physically owning any computers.

YellowDog crowdsources computer power, allowing 3D artists and animators to complete highly complex processing without leaving the carbon footprint resultant from datacentre-based competitors. In exchange for that crowdsourced power, YellowDog gives computer owners money, or enables them to donate to charity, for doing nothing.

Based in Bristol, YellowDog is one of the South West’s hottest startups and has gone from incorporation in January 2015 to having some of the world’s leading architecture and animation companies as customers within 18 months.
