More and more organisations seem to get intimidated by failed attempts of applying set frameworks or 'Silver Bullets' to their organisation and end up thinking that Agile won't work for them. Experience has taught us that you don't need a framework or a set of acronyms to realise the benefits of agility, so that if your organisation doesn't believe that Agile methods will work, agility is still possible without the buzzwords or the prescribed solutions.
This interactive session bans the buzzwords and helps participants explore the principles behind the manifesto without calling it Agile so that we can encourage organisations to increase their agility without 'Doing Agile'.
The session will be highly interactive, giving participants 'buzzword bingo' cards filled with Agile terms that will be banned for the duration of the talk. Audience members will be set challenges to emerge their own explanations so they leave with a smile on their face, and some new techniques that they can experiment with after the meeting.
